Now that I have got my blog setup, I’m really happy. however, since I have dyslexia, I don’t like typing. You see, I don’t have a problem with producing content for this blog itself, would I have a problem with is typing. I just think it’s so boring and so frustrating, and many of these programs that allow you to type with your voice have massive flaws. I don’t want to get too much into it, but most of them struggle with understanding certain words, with being able to edit what you are writing, because some of them don’t even allow you to make punctuation and parentheses and exclamation marks. All of them pretty much have a problem with stopping after a while when you don’t want them to and also continuing off of where you’ve left off, even when you’re trying to speak as clear as possible. They might also pick up and background noise and mess up. Besides, the way normal speech functions might not be appropriate for them because many times we, for example, delay certain letters or we speak in certain ways or restructure or we repeat our selves or we say something slowly to indicate that we are thinking or sometimes we say something in an aggressive way where we repeat our self or repeat specific words or pronounce things in ways and Express ourselves in ways that the computer completely misunderstands and fails to capture.
These are some of the reasons why I am considering starting a podcast. The problem is, however, that I have spent a lot of money and lots of time setting up this WordPress blog and I don’t think WordPress supports podcasting by default. I need a plug-in to be able to do it. I am sure I could do it but it is a lot of hassle. Maybe someone could help me in the comments, but as it is right now I don’t have an audience. I guess I should just figure this one out myself, but one thing is for sure; I will not give up on this blog in a long time. I will keep trying and keep trying for a long time to come, at least that is my goal.
Oh and BTW; this text was also written with my voice!
